Transportation to & from Camp?
Pali Mountain is located between 65-95 miles from Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego Counties. Parents have the option of driving to camp, or taking advantage of our airport service from either LAX or Ontario.
Airport Service
Ontario Airport and LAX
Pali offers airport service on check-in and check-out days. Ontario is the preferred airport since it's the closest to the camp and requires a shorter trip than LAX.
For a limited time, Pali is offering free transportation to and from Ontario Airport for all families signed up before February 1, 2010. The price for transportation from the Ontario Airport is $50 one-way or $100 round trip per person. The price for transportation from LAX is $120 one- way or $240 round-trip per person.
What does my child do at night?
Pali Adventures is well known for providing our guests with the most exciting evening activities every night of the summer.
We'll begin with a welcome campfire and wine and cheese reception (for our parents) at the start of each week. Each week we have different themed meals and evening activities, here is just a few examples of what to expect with your stay at Pali.
Casino Night is an evening activity where campers experience a themed atmosphere with various games and activities such as roulette, craps, poker and blackjack.
Pandemonium is an activity that really needs to be experienced, as no words can possibly do the activity justice. Just be prepared to get wet and have shaving cream on your face, egg in your hair, or doused with water balloons!
A themed dance is an absolute must. Week-in and week-out, this is our camper's favorite evening activity.
Talent Show I know we will have many talented guests and we will be turning the stage over to anyone who would like to perform either as a family or individual, we look forward to sharing in with your talents!

Andy Wexler
Founder & Executive Camp Director
More than 20 years ago, while finishing his Degree in Economics and International Relations at UCLA, Andy Wexler had a dream. He talked about creating the ultimate summer camp combining the community, role models and traditions he had experienced as a child at camp while providing the most cutting edge, exciting and engaging activities available anywhere.
It began as a day camp - where every day was an adventure. Andy and his carefully selected staff brought campers to all of the best activities being taught and supervised by the best experts in each field. With happy parents and thrilled campers, and after completing his MBA at USC with a specialization in Interpersonal Relations, Andy expanded our camp programs and began Pali Overnight Adventures, acquiring our majestic site and setting upon the challenge of building the ultimate summer camp experience.
Over many years, he has led the dramatic expansion of our facility with many new cabins to house the continuously growing number of campers, additional cutting edge activity venues for our new and unique specialties, and newly constructed all-camp program areas like our 400 seat amphitheatre. His vision for Pali remains constant after more than two decades - the best staff, expert activity instructors, the benefits of a traditional summer overnight, an extraordinary facility, all combined with the most cutting edge specialty programs on the planet.
Ian Brassett
Summer Camp Director
Ian "Gunner" Brassett has a lifetime of experience at summer camps, from his early years at an East Coast camp, his tenure as a head counselor and then senior program director at Pali, to his current and ongoing role Summer Camp Director. In addition, through his strong affiliation with the American Camping Association - conferences, leadership roles, trainings - he is intensely focused on ensuring that every aspect of our staffing, facility and programs exceed all international standards for safety, programming and overall excellence. Ian and our senior leadership team dedicate themselves throughout the year to designing and fine-tuning all aspects of camp to ensure the ultimate summer experience for your kids. During the summer, his leadership, energy and magnetic personality are a hallmark of the Pali Experience.
